STYLE
Cecil only dresses in old-school gothic lolita. While his style is inherently dramatic, he tries to keep it sophisticated, and not completely over the top cutesy.
He wears dresses most of the time, but occasionally puts on pants, in which case they will be high waisted, double buttoned and paired with a ruffled lolita blouse and a fancy vest.
He usually accessorizes with bows and crosses, and finishes off his outfits with a pair of tall platform shoes to make up for his short stature.

Cecil does his best to live like a proper Victorian boy. On the outside he does a good job, although he may come off as a bit judgy. But his reserved and collected exterior crumbles fast, as he gets easily flustered when teased, and visibly annoyed when he's irritated. Though he can and will be patronizing, and generously dishes out tough love on the people in his life, he cares a lot and is always there for his friends. At heart, Cecil is both a softie and a romantic.

TRIVIA
He used to love catching bugs as a kid, and as an adult he converted his hobby into a more fancy collection of both live and pinned beetles and moths.
